Loco Drive for the Hornby 4F I will very shortly be able to offer to convert to your Hornby (or Airfix) 4F to loco drive. To keep costs down as many parts as possible are reused. However a high quality motor/gearbox combination is used to give good running qualities. Cost coming soon. DCC and sound options will be available plus a few new ones from stock. Waiting list expected. Coach Lighting. I can now install coach lighting into your Bachmann Mk1 and Mk2 coaches. I install anti-flicker components which eliminate virtually all flicker. This service costs £22 per coach for supply and fit of the lighting unit. If you want a red tail lamp on your brake end this can be done at the same time for an extra £7. As an extra you can also have both of these decoder controlled - please speak to me regarding the additional cost. Other coach types coming soon. Sound and Lights I now supply and fit ESU Loksound decoders to steam and diesel locos. I use the sounds provided by Olivia’s Trains. See www.oliviastrains.com for what is available. I can also install lights on your steam or diesel loco.If done at the same time as a DCC conversion, diesels usually cost £35 for supply and fit while steam locos are usually £5 per lamp plus £20 fitting (you will usually only want two).
